It is with great pleasure that we announce Women In Farming Enterprises have formally signed a one year agreement with WA Property Lawyers as a Growth Sponsor. We are very excited about this partnership as we believe there are many synergies between WIFE members & the role that WA Property Lawyers plays in farm business.

One of the key components of our partnership is the strong connection WA Property Lawyers would like to make with all WIFE branches. WA Property Lawyers strongly believe in supporting women working in their farm businesses.

Corinne Adams is a Director of WA Property Lawyers and has been the driving force behind the partnership with WIFE. Corinne comes from a 20 year farming background in the Great Southern before studying law.  “It has been a long-term goal for WA Property Lawyers to support the capacity of farm businesses” said Corinne, “I am passionate about seeing WA families and farms successfully navigate farm business management across the generations and it is great to give this support to WIFE”

Corinne and the WA Property Lawyer team are very much looking forward to speaking with Branch committee’s about how they can best provide information on a large range of legal matters that impact on farm businesses. These include Estate & Succession Planning, Commercial Law, Property Contracts and Settlements, Wills and Deceased Estates.

WA Property Lawyers specialise in assistance to the rural community of Western Australia, regularly travelling to Esperance, Merredin, Kojonup and Albany. All their lawyers are experienced with rural matters which makes the process much easier. There is a calendar of regional visits scheduled for 2017 updated regularly on their website.

Based in West Perth, WA Property Lawyers currently has Brian McCormack as Managing Director, Corinne Adams and Eden Coad as Directors and Sarah Wright and Amanda Coad as employed Solicitors.  There are three conveyancers as well as paralegals and support staff.

Their team has over 35 years of experience in urban and rural property law, property settlements, succession and estate planning, deceased estate administration and commercial law.
